For Everyone

The Sarasota Bay Club Lifestyle Department creates the opportunity for our Residents to enjoy and improve the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives by creating and coordinating many different activities and events for their participation. We call this the “Art of Living.” It means that if a Resident has a special skill or subject they would like to share, we can make it happen. As a result, in addition to entertainment, bridge and exercise, we offer Resident run groups in memoirs writing, investments and art classes. If you want to be involved we have something that you can plug into.

Each day at Sarasota Bay Club is just as full, or relaxing, as you want it to be. Start your day with a refreshing swim in the heated pool or a light workout in the fitness center, which features state-of-the-art equipment by the award-winning Keiser Equipment. Catch a casual lunch with friends at your favorite table, where gentle bay breezes flavor the chef's special. Dine Your Way

The most unique part of the Sarasota Bay Club Dining Program is that each Resident has total control over how often, where and when they dine. We offer dining plans of 12, 21, and 30 meals per month and the more meals you commit to, the better the value. You can change plans on a monthly basis or dine on an à la carte basis and pay only when you dine. Dining Your Way at Sarasota Bay Club gives you the flexibility to enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Sarasota, cooking in your home or the convenience of having quality dining at Sarasota Bay Club.

The Dining Room

In the Main Dining Room, residents can dress for dinner and be treated to impeccable service by an attentive staff who know them by name. Menu selections are meticulously planned each day, optimizing the freshest of fruits and vegetables, meats, poultry, and of course, the fresh catch of the day. Appetizers, soups and salads are all delightfully homemade and the dessert selection is often irresistible!

The Veranda

On the more casual Veranda, wall-to-wall windows create a delightful outdoor feeling, yet the Veranda Dining Room is actually indoors, in the Southern comfort of air conditioned luxury. Lunch is served in the Veranda daily and is also available outside on the patio.

Bar

The Bar & Lounge

Kick back and relax in a casual setting with a casual menu. Cozy up to the fireplace with a cocktail and watch the game on TV or meet friends for a challenging card game and light lunch. Our special bar menu features delicious appetizers, burgers, soups and salads. Each morning, our complimentary enhanced continental breakfast is available for all Residents and their guests.

Connected Life Program

Modern life is enriched by so many great devices: personal computers, tablets, and smartphones, to name a few. Likewise, the internet has become essential – our access point to the world. These tools often make life easier, but they can also be frustrating to use at times and a skilled hand can make all the difference.

At Sarasota Bay Club we provide on­site tech support for just about everything with a power button, and through our convenient Resident Connect online portal you will be able to save time and stay connected to the Bay Club community and in control of the many lifestyle services and amenities available to you.

Between our on­site tech support and the Resident Connect online portal, Sarasota Bay Club Connected Life services will help to keep you safe, informed, and in control.

Carefree Living

Sarasota Bay Club offers an array of high quality services and amenities that allow you to spend your time doing what you find the most enjoyable and important. Each of our staff are trained to serve you with the respect and care that you deserve by knowing your preferences and serving each Resident as an individual. One of the most unique features of our service package is the flexibility our Residents enjoy in personal transportation and housekeeping. We don’t include these services in our base monthly fee so that you can customize your lifestyle as you see fit. Each Resident enters into our Club Agreement that provides the followings services:

Concierge & Emergency Response

Sarasota Bay Club Front Desks are where great service starts. Our Valets are available 24 hours per day to retrieve and park your car and help get your goods to your home. If you need maintenance or housekeeping, our staff will arrange it. Daily safety check-in service is available and our Life Alert System is responded to by either a Nurse or Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s) to insure that each situation is handled professionally and properly.

Maintenance

Sarasota Bay Club Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of the Common Areas. The Resident is responsible for their personal furniture and belongings, however, for an additional fee our staff is available to help with these items also. In order to initiate work in their home, a Resident simply has to contact the Concierge and one our staff will respond within 24 hours or sooner in the case of an emergency.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping Department is responsible for the cleaning and care of all of the Common Areas. They also provide service in the Residents' home including flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, bedding, towels, and bed making. Many of our Residents have a Housekeeper that they bring from their previous home, so our base Club Fee does not include housekeeping. Those that choose our Housekeeping Service have the choice of weekly or bi-weekly service and pay the associated additional Club Fee.

Transportation, Parking & Storage

We provide regular transportation by our Community Bus for regularly scheduled shopping and activities trips, including grocery and drug stores and local malls. SBC also provides car transportation within a reasonable radius of the community. This service can be contracted on a per trip basis or for unlimited use as an addition to the Monthly Club Fee. Each Resident that brings a car will be provided a parking space. Covered and Garage parking maybe available for an additional charge. Each Resident is assigned a Storage Unit in the parking garage.
